The Rotary Club of Chatswood Roseville comprises a diverse dedicated group of men and women serving the needs of our local community and supporting disadvantaged people globally.
On 1 July 2020 the former Rotary clubs of Chatswood and Roseville Chase merged to create the Rotary Club of Chatswood Roseville with 42 active members.
With history stretching back to July 1948 this merger brings together two of the North Shore’s premier Rotary Clubs, each with an illustrious history.
For nearly 80 years our members have been providing meaningful impact in communities, providing youth development and leadership opportunities and having fun and fellowship. Read how we make an impact here.

Becoming a Rotarian connects you with a diverse group of professionals who share a drive to give back.
We meet at the Forestville RSL at 6pm on the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays of the month for dinner, camaraderie and to be informed about important community issues by interesting speakers who donate their time & skills to share their knowledge and passion. Our meetings provide the opportunity to network with a wide range of people from a variety of vocations, professions, and backgrounds. They are also a venue for planning community and funds raising events.
Are you an established professional who wants to make positive changes in your community and the world? Our club members are dedicated people who share a passion for community service and friendship.
Feel free to join us as our guest this week!

Rotary International
Rotary started with the vision of one man — Paul Harris. The Chicago attorney formed the Rotary Club of Chicago on 23 February 1905, so professionals with diverse backgrounds could exchange ideas and form meaningful, lifelong friendships.

Over time, Rotary’s reach and vision gradually extended to humanitarian service. Members have a long track record of addressing challenges in their communities and around the world.
Today, Rotary is a global network of more than 1.2 million neighbors, friends, leaders, and problem-solvers from more than 200 countries and geographical areas who see a world where people unite and take action to create lasting change – across the globe, in our communities, and in ourselves.
Solving real problems takes real commitment and vision. For more than 110 years, Rotary’s people of action have used their passion, energy, and intelligence to take action on sustainable projects. From literacy and peace to water and health, we are always working to better our world, and we stay committed to the end.
Rotary brings together a global network of volunteer leaders who dedicate their time and talent to tackle the world’s most pressing humanitarian challenges. Their work impacts lives at both the local and international levels.
Through our programs for emerging leaders, we’re also helping young people get the skills and experience they need to make a real difference in the lives of others. We offer both service clubs and programs to help students and young professionals strengthen their leadership skills, expand their world understanding, and make new friends.
With clubs in nearly every country, Rotary’s positive impact on communities around the world has never been greater. If you share our passion for creating lasting change, contact our club to learn how you can join . Here are a few other ways to get involved:
Our global network makes it possible for members to connect with business, professional, and community leaders anywhere in the world. You can experience a new culture, use your professional skills for a good cause, or simply share a hobby. If you can’t do it at home, you can surely do it at Rotary’s annual convention, where our diverse membership comes together for inspiration, education, and fun.
When we commit to a cause, like eradicating polio, we don’t stop until it’s finished. Since 1979, we’ve raised millions of dollars, immunized billions of children, and put polio eradication on the agenda of governments around the world. Today, as a member of the Global Polio Eradication Initiative, we are “this close” to reaching our goal. Three countries remain polio endemic, but we won’t stop until the disease is gone.
We tackle the tough challenges in our communities with the same spirit of determination. From giving young people the tools they need to resolve conflict peacefully to organizing health clinics for underserved women and children, Rotary members are helping to improve lives in our own neighborhoods.
Rotary members believe that we have a shared responsibility to take action on our world’s most persistent issues. Our more than 45,000 clubs work together to:
- Promote peace
- Fight disease
- Provide clean water, sanitation, and hygiene
- Save mothers and children
- Support education
- Grow local economies
- Protect the environment
Our mission
We provide service to others, promote integrity, and advance world understanding, goodwill, and peace through our fellowship of business, professional, and community leaders.
Vision statement
Together, we see a world where people unite and take action to create lasting change — across the globe, in our communities, and in ourselves.
